Please read the following terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering products from us. By purchasing goods from us, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights. In these terms, “you” and “your” refer to the customer and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd.

We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials. Certain parts of the website may be incomplete, contain errors or become expired at any point in time. MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd expressly disclaims and makes no commitment to update any of the content on this website. And reserves the right to add, modify or delete any information on the website at any point in time.


All orders will be dispatched on a 2-3 working day delivery service.
All orders after 12 noon will be processed the following day
If you require next day delivery service, please contact us, as an additional cost will incur.
Please note: Out of stock items, or selected products, will be sent within 3-4 working days. You will be contacted if this occurs.

All deliveries are dispatched on time and made by courier – MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as these are circumstances beyond our control.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed , Midland Access Solutions will not take any responsibility for any loss of earnings or work due to the courier not delivering items next day .

Delivery & Goods Acceptance

We offer free door to door delivery throughout mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery to Ireland – N Ireland and the Scottish Highlands will incur extra costs as both these locations DO NOT fall within our free door to door locations. Goods must be checked before they are signed for with someone present at the given address between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm in order to accept the goods.

If this is not possible, instructions should be given for a safe place for the goods to be left (NB: This will be done at the customers own risk). If the courier needs to re-visit, an additional delivery charge will incur per delivery attempt.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hrs next working day some items may take 3-5 days to be delivered along with any out of stock items you will be contacted by MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd sales team with a delivery date for these items if this happens.

Please check all sizes & descriptions prior to ordering. If you refuse items for reasons being “wrong size” etc.  it will be at your cost to return the item / items safely to MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd unless we have made the error due to dispatching the wrong item.  Only once returned in resalable condition and within 5 days a refund will be made – 25% re-stocking charge applies unless the error was made by us.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm , Saturday delivery can be arranged but is at extra cost please contact us if you require this service.

Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable and therefore if the items / items are damaged or defected you will not be able to return the goods, so please make sure you check all items when signing.

IMPORTANT – Read these instructions carefully

Inspect goods thoroughly.
Check quantity of items are correct.
When satisfied, sign delivery note.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods, refuse delivery and write on the courier note “GOODS DAMAGED – REJECTED”

Contact us immediately on 0116 255 66 00  and we will dispatch a replacement.


If you decide for whatever reason you wish to return an item / items, you may do this at any time up to 5 days after good are received , You must contact us within the 5 days to inform us of this .

Unless the product is damaged , if you order the wrong size or no longer want the item return carriage is at your own cost , Midland Access Solutions can arrange collection of the item at a cost of £35 + vat

All return goods unless faulty are subject to 25% re-stocking Charge of the total items cost. So please check all “sizes” etc. carefully when ordering.

When you receive the goods. You must inform us within 2 days by phone, 0116 255 66 00  of your intention to return the goods to MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd and return within the 5 day period.

You must return the goods undamaged, in their original packaging and in a Resalable condition together with the sales receipt. If the goods arrive damaged you will be liable for the cost of the goods , Please make sure you insure the products when returning them to MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd

If the goods return damaged and are not in the original packaging or have been used! you will not receive a full refund, so please make sure you make every effort to return the good safely to MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd

You the purchaser will be responsible for all return carriage costs of all non faulty items. Unless the received goods prove defective or faulty on delivery, in which case you must sign DAMAGED and leave on the courier to be returned to:

Only after we receive the returned goods in a saleable condition can we refund the value of the goods in full.

All products come with a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty. Should any product develop a defect within the terms of this guarantee the faulty products will be exchanged or repaired free of charge. The faulty product should be returned to our premises at customers own cost, together with the sales invoice issued at the time of purchase.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused through accident, misuse, neglect or failure to comply with recommendations. The terms of this guarantee do not and will not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

Damaged / defect products only can be exchanged for replacement within 7 days of purchase starting on date of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for safe return of goods and assume costs of such. In the unlikely event of MIDLAND ACCESS SOLUTIONS (MAS) Ltd dispatching incorrect goods, the order will be amended immediately at our expense. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Damaged goods must be signed damaged on delivery or no replacement will be sent.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to delay delivery or to cancel the order or reduce the volume of the goods ordered by you (without any liability to you) if we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including without limitation acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock out, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party’s work force), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials Provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 7 days, you shall be entitled to give us notice in writing to terminate the order.

Liability and Disclaimer

To fullest extent permitted at law and except in respect of death and personal injury caused by negligence on our part or on the part of our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or the part of our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.


In the event that any clause in this contract is deemed to be unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
